Charms of the Islands Collection by Kico Jewellery Co.
Each piece of the Collection is 925 sterling silver (and in some instances 14K gold plated) and hand finished and polished before it is delivered to you.
PLACING AN ORDER:
All prices shown are in $USD.
Kico Jewellery Co accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Discover
SHIPPING:
Once you have placed your order, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. A tracking number is normally available within 2-5 business days after placing your order. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@kicojewellery.com.
Once processed, orders are shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been prepared for shipping.
Shipping Estimates:
Canada - UPS or Canada Post - 3-7 business days
United States - UPS or Canada Post - 3-10 business days
International - UPS or Canada Post- 10-15 business days
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Please contact us if you require shipping with a specific delivery date.
*Wrong address disclaimer*
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at info@kicojewellery.com immediately. If the parcel has been shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel, additional shipping fees will be applied.
RETURNS:
A request for a return/refund/exchange must be made within fives (5) days of receipt of the product. A request for a return/refund/exchange does not guarantee that a return/refund/exchange will be granted. A return/refund/exchange will only be considered in the following circumstances:
1) The request for a return/refund/exchange was made within 5 days of receipt of the product; AND
2) The product has been damaged by fault of Kico Jewellery Co and the product is retained in the same condition as upon delivery to you.
